
Grand Central Suites - Terms And Conditions
1/. You agree to pay us the room rate for each day of your stay.
2/. You agree that the tariff paid only allows usage of the number of rooms and equipment as per the booking option selected by you. Details of these configurations are available on our website.
3/. The number of guests staying overnight must not exceed the number of persons booked unless prior approval has been given by management. If approval is given, you agree to pay $30.00 extra per person per night.
4/. You agree that checkout time is 11.00 am on the date shown for your departure unless otherwise authorized by our management.
5/. All Grand Central serviced apartments are NON SMOKING.
6/. If any complaints are received by us for either noise, use of unacceptable language or any other behaviour considered unacceptable by ourselves, you may be asked leave the premises immediately.
7/. The registered guest agrees to pay us for any loss or damage to the room or equipment in the room during period of use.
8/. You agree to pay interim accounts when presented even though you may not have checked out or departed.
9/. You agree any monies or other valuables, goods or vehicles that belong to you, brought in or on to the rooms, grounds or car-park remain your responsibility and we are not responsible for their safekeeping.
10/. You agree that you will not make any claim against us for any damage or loss to your goods or valuables, regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred.
11/. You agree that regardless of your length of stay there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord or Tenant laws and there are no such laws that apply to your stay. We grant you a license to stay in our apartments and you agree that we may terminate the license at any time without giving you a reason.
12/. You agree to allow access to the unit if required.
